On 5th October, some of us went on a "Walk and Worship" from Bretford to Church Lawford and then back to the Queen's Head at Bretford for one of their magnificent buffet lunches.  Most of where we walked will be airport runway if the government's plans for an airport in this area come to fruition.

Here are two pages of photographs taken on the walk:

The path through a cornfield:  On our walk across country from Bretford to Church Lawford, we walked on a path through a cornfield, as you can see if you look at the photos.  I discovered that mazes in cornfields are a trend in the US - where paths are cut through the maize with twists and turns and junctions and dead ends.  Visit www.cornfieldmaze.com to have a look.  And yes, they know about the pun...

The cornfieldmaze site has a rich variety of material on its subject.  There’s a Christian message based on an experience in a cornfield maze, and, if you are a training consultant, you can check out the use of a cornfield maze for a teambuilding event.
